Ok I started Very Valentine today. Its a little less drama than I would like but hopeful it will pick up speed! I just finished the part where she found out her grandma owes on the mortgage. I have another 7 day loaner that is called NANO by Robin Cook; more of a fiction medical thriller. I will be reading both at once!

It helps to have alot of things to do to keep my mind off of food. But if I am hungry, it will stay on my mind til I quiet my stomach a little.

I have found eggs really help fill up.Even though I dont like them, I pretend to like them just for the nutrition. I hide them with salsa, pepper, and any other vegs on hand.

My ex used to start fights and blame me for everything from the weather to color of his eyes. I felt like eating more than I should. Does that help?Then again he's an ex now too; go figure............... just // just food for thought//

Write it down if you cant log on line. And then stick with the vegs, salads and soups as much as possible to fill up; eat half of the entree or dessert. I went on a cruise and spent a few half hours in the gym which was fun doing the elliptical at the front of the boat.

I totally agree on this. I want to know calories for the obvious reasons but I am also using the nutritional information for sodium to help me keep my blood pressure down and cholesterol to keep my numbers in order. I also need to watch my sugar due to hypoglycemia. This has been educational for me as well but it really…
