For me personally it doesn't cause weight loss, rather helps you to be in good condition for exercise that does. It keeps me limber for jogging and is so very relaxing. I definitely recommend it :)

Personally I find that sodas make me feel bloated, but I still indulge from time to time. I replaced them with unsweet tea, crystal light and copious amounts of water when I "quit" them, though.

My diet isn't the most ideal, but here is a brief description of it anyway :) I usually start the day off with a homemade muffin and two slices of turkey bacon, I make the muffins in big batches and freeze them, then defrost in the microwave. I actually didn't know that thick heels were a bad thing, haha. My latest pair I bought because they have a rather thick heel which I thought would help with the shock on my knees - but my old pair was rather minimal there and I barely ever had pain like I am now, so that definitely makes a lot of sense. Thanks! :)

Oatmeal is always good, like with a dash of cinnamon and a tiny bit of maple syrup. My personal favorite is an oatmeal carrot muffin with turkey bacon. Oh and yogurt is good and quick! :)

Thanks to all that replied. I just got new running shoes but they aren't very good so they very well might be the problem. I am trying to take it easy to avoid further injuring myself. And, I'd love to try sports massage. Not sure if I can find a good local place though.

I'm 5'2 and have a current goal of 135 which is where I'm usually healthiest at, but when I get there I'll reevaluate and possibly go down to 125. I gain muscle very easily so "healthy" for me is usually a bit heavier than the normal weight for my height.

I have the same problem, except with jogging. Apparently it's a rare concept where I live. However I do feel obligated to recommend that you carry pepper spray or a taser - you can never be too safe. :)
