You look AMAZING!! I understand the desire to work on toning your body. I would go against the grain here and advice you to look up Brazil Butt Lift. It works your abs/butt/thigh area. It does not give u an athletic build but sexy curves..which u already have. Its going to enhance your booty and thighs. Look it up or catch…

If it was me, I would eat a normal, sensible dinner. Not just a salad but wheat pasta with veggies and some cheese. Something filling so I would not wake up ravenous hungry the next day.

Way to go to generalize vegetarians. Foremilk looks more like water (that comes out first 2-3 min when pumping). It is richer in sugar. Hindmilk is the richer, fat dense milk. Babies need to get the right balance of both milks to get the benefit of sugar and fats. Your friends son not talking has nothing to do with her…

I will go ahead and change my daily goal to be 1800 and will zero out the exercise and BF calories since they're accounted for. Thank you all so much! You've been so helpful! I was netting 900-1000 for the last month as you can see above. This will be a challenge and I may see a gain initially, from what I understand it…

I'm reading the link - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/6832-eating-all-of-your-calories-bmr I calulated my TDEE, TDEE is the total number of calories that your body expends in 24 hours, including all activities. TDEE is also known as your "maintenance level". I based this on my current weight. Here is a rough way…

Great motivation!!!! I am going to Hawaii next week and I've been worrying about negating the little progress I made. Lots of pool time and maybe a light workout if I feel like it is my plan.

Thank you for all the advice. I will up my net calories to 1300. I am nursing my 20 month old daughter 2-3 times a day. She get full meals and also drinks whole milk from a cup during the day so I don't think I'm producing nearly as much as when she was a baby. I will give myself net 1200 + 100 breastfeeding calories and…

I should be netting 1200 cals?? No matter where they come from or does it have to be from protein? Being vegetarian that's my biggest challenge. Here is the net calories report for last 30 days. I should mention I try to eat atleast half of my exercise calories. I weigh 138lb if that matters at all..

I have the same sob story (LOL) except my newborn is suddenly 20 months old. I started out with 30DS in december while I worked from home a lot..and now I'm on to other things. P90X is on my wishlist to santa this year!!

Yep the blonde one is in the best shape. Her abs are to die for..and her form is always excellent. I don't mind Jillian though. She motivates me to push through it..those last reps when the weights get uncomfortable..they count the most. Ahhh

I'm making Brown rice pilaf with broccoli, carrots and onions. Greek yogurt on the side and also some avacado. Yumm I can't wait for rice to be cooked!

How much weight should women lift? I started with 5 and recently went up to 8.

I once did a ecological footprint quiz between how I used to live when living in India and how I live now in US. My Indian foot print was 1 whereas US footprint was 4. That is just the sad reality. What is the difference between my life in India vs. here? Eating local is the way of life in India. The produce is harvested…

I'm a life long vegetarian and come from one of those eastern cultures. I've seen plenty of disease and disorders that are rampant there. Let's not paint the entire population of the east with one brush. I just want to live and let live. I don't have extreme views due to being vegetarian. I don't want people to dislike…

My baby is 20 months old and she nurses in the evening and at night..so she's nursing 3-4 times a day. I hadn't thought of giving myself calories because she eats full solid meals and drinks whole milk during the day when she's at the sitter's. I lost weight initially but it has stalled now...no loss for almost 2weeks.…

Great muscles!! What's written on your arm? Is it in hindi?? You need to shrink the image to fit.

I see a difference in the top of your stomach, right under ribcage is getting smaller. Are you taking measurements? They are really helpful when pics aren't that obvious. Keep it up!!

That is really awesome. The difference between december 31 pic and feb is marvelous. Can't believe it's just a 6lb loss!! I'm also breastfeeding my 20 month old. I've not lost anything last week and half and am really getting discouraged. You're giving me hope!

I have many reasons..don't know if there is a single thing/incident that motivated me to start. I always was thin growing up and well into my 20s. Had baby#1 at 27, baby#2 at 33. I'm 35 now. Gained 25 lbs over the last 8 years. My cousin died of brain hemorrhage due to BP at age 37 last summer. Diabetes and Heart/BP issues…

I recommend 30 Day shred to help you get started. It's only 25 minutes long and you can find that much time between naps and working. I worked from home a lot in December and that's when I got started with 30DS. I picked up the dvd for $9 at target.

I bought new! I started out by joining zumba classes and I looked horrible in those old t-shirts.
