Bean sprouts
I have a huge bag in the fridge and I have no idea how to use it, besides in asian style noodles I make. Problem is I'm trying to go low on sodium so no soy sauce for me. How do I use the bean sprouts outside of noodle stirfrys?? Any snack ideas for the same gets bonus points!!

I exercise 5-6 days a week. MFP gave me a goal of 1200 cals and I eat at or under that. I'm trying to increase my protein and reduce fat. I could drink a little more water.
