I have a huge bag in the fridge and I have no idea how to use it, besides in asian style noodles I make. Problem is I'm trying to go low on sodium so no soy sauce for me. How do I use the bean sprouts outside of noodle stirfrys?? Any snack ideas for the same gets bonus points!!

wrap them up in a flatbread/tortilla with some hummus and other veggies! Bonus if the veggies are roasted :)

Water down your soy sauce... I do it all the time gives a fraction of the sodium but the taste is still good.

Hrmm...tricky... Sprouts raw are crunchy, so personally, I like them in salads, or in wraps and in sandwiches for extra crunch. Or, if you're into sushi, use them in place of rice in maki rolls... Nori (seaweed) wrapped around some sprouts, avocado, fish (or protein of choice), roll it up, slice it up. Or if you need the carbs, replace cucumber with the sprouts.
