about how I hadn't lost any weight in 3 weeks..and was told to up my calorie intake. I did way better yesterday ... and ...

1.5 lb down from last weigh in. Hope this isn't a fluke :)

    Proper nutrition and macronutrients will foster a better relationship with you and your body.
    This helps by taking fat stores and breaking them down into free fatty acids.
    By eating the right amount of food daily and creating a deficit though working out, you will mobilize fat but maintain lean mass.
    Weight loss will happen but you will notice your clothing becoming looser but the scale may not move much.
    This is optimal for a long term weight loss lifestyle.

    You want to swap body fat for lean mass.

    Dont fixate on the scale number.
    Fixate instead on the numbers of the tape measure and your body fat %.

    I've only lost 2 lbs. in the last 3 months, but I've gone down 2 pant sizes.
