I don't think it's bad... Jillian Michael's book, Master Your Metabolism, reads, you should be reaching for 85% of your maximum heart rate (220 - your age), for intense exercise. That puts you at 195... sounds high. We'll see what others say, I'm curious. Also, how long should we keep it at that rate? 30 - 45 minutes?

I think the ad came in last Sunday's paper or by mail, not sure, but it expires on February 14th, Monday.... The model is POLAR FT4. They have bronze for women and silver for men.

here are some of the things i eat for breakfast. i'm always in a hurry, but never miss breakfast or i can't function lol. i need filling foods and these all have a decent amount of carbs, protein, fiber, and good fat.... i also boil eggs while i get ready for bed at night or while i'm getting ready for work in the morning.…

Yesterday for lunch, I had a mandarin chicken bowl (sauce on the side and only used half with chili sauce), a very small amount of steamed rice (maybe 2 tablespoons), mixed veggies (extra veggies to compensate for rice), and my fortune cookie for 539 calories from Panda Exress... It was very filling and delicious. :tongue:…

I started my 24 hour fast, 1st time. started at 1pm and will end tomorrow at 1pm.

thanks for your help guys! I did go under cardio, browse all, and it gave me an estimate for strength training. I kind of underestimated the time i actually did workout, but that works for now. :)
