The only ski resort Glenwood Springs is "on the way" to is Aspen. If she is considering Breckenridge, Keystone or Frisco this may not be the best advice as it will take her 1 1/2 hours West.

I have struggled with nicotine addiction in one form or another for many years. Currently free of that nasty drug. This will be the best decision of your life. Feel free to add me if you need motivation or someone to vent to about the withdrawal. I have heard that nicotine addiction is just as strong as that to opiates.…

Happy to join! I feel much better when I don't eat processed foods or dairy. Clean eating works for me.

I completed a 21 day clean eating cleanse where I lost 10 lbs. Restricted food intake as far as options are concerned, but you could eat a lot. Lots of raw veggies and fruit plus lean fish/meat (no pork or red meat). Also nothing processed so basically nothing out of a can, box, bag, jar, etc. It was amazing and I felt so…

I am also going camping this weekend and will bring along nuts and fruit with quiona for breakfast. Dinners will be lean meats (Fish, Chicken, etc.) Only fish for me since I don't eat anything else, but that is my plan.

I use Excel Gel's. You can get them at www.performancebike.com and the vanilla takes incredible. Not as thick as the GU's are and the taste can't be beat. Hammer Gel's are pretty good too and I think they work really well. I use them all the time when cycling.

I use this one and it has worked great for me so far. At the price you really can't beat it and the fact that it also has a calorie calculator is a huge bonus. http://www.departmentofgoods.com/new-balance-watches-n2-heart-rate-monitor

Spaghetti squash is one of my favorites. Add some peppers, onions, mushrooms and any of your other favorites veggies to the sauce and you have a low calorie meal that tastes great, You can also eat a lot of it which is GREAT. Add some of the Morningstar veggie griller crumbles to pack some additional protein and enjoy!!

I also practice Power Vinyasa yoga and have worn my HRM in class many times. My average burn is between 500 and 600+ calories during a 60 minute session. I am 6'1 and weigh 187. MFP is not accurate when calcualting calories burned for yoga.
