P90Xish Diet Challenge starts Monday August 29th

Alright friends. We have all either heard of or tried the P90X challenge. I thought I would start a diet challenge here at myfitnesspal based on the P90X diet, but altering the exercise requirements. Basically NO NEED FOR THE VIDEOS.

I have created a google spreadsheet to track daily diet and exercise requirements:

The contest will be based on a point system rewarding nutritional and exercise requirements.
Every group member will be able to track their own progress and view their progress as compared to other group members.

The exercise requirement is simply 30 minutes of any cardio or anaerobic activity 5 days a week.

I hope you are as excited as I am about this! We will do a prechallenge to get a feel for it for a week and then officially start next Monday August 29th!
