  • Level 3 > Level 2 'Nuff said... I'm glad to be done with level 2 and I love Level 3. Started with mostly modified moves, hope to be doing most unmodified by the end of this 10 days. Can't wait to compare before and after pics!!!
  • I am so over level 2!! Ready for something new tomorrow :) Was so frustrated that I didn't feel like I was improving, but the last couple days I've been able to do the plank moves without resting! Although the walk out push ups are still the worst!
  • I'm getting better and stronger, but I still have to break in the middle of the plank moves. Ugh, so frustrating!
  • I've lost a house cat! Hahaha woohoo! :)
  • I hate walking pushups. The rest is okay. Starting to get better at all the plank stuff... :P
  • For the past couple weeks all of my size 14 jeans have been sagging off of me, even with a belt and I can put on and take off my jeans without zipping or buttoning. Yesterday I finished level 1 of 30 day shred and took photos and compared them to my before photos and I already look smaller after only 10 days! I took a…
  • So. Much. Planking. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!! It was tough, but so was day 1. It'll get easier as I go on! 9 more days bahahahaha!
  • Today was the hardest day to motivate myself to do this. Everything in me wanted to skip today because I only got a few hours of sleep last night. I sucked it up and did it anyway. Looking forward to tomorrow being the last day of level 1 because I can practically quote everything by now lol.
  • I did Day 7 earlier this afternoon! Other than the bicycle crunches (still!) it's getting pretty easy. I'm still sweating, but not as much anymore lol. I'm kind of scared to move on to level 2 though... :)
  • Today was awesome! I tried regular push-ups but only got about 2 done so I went back to modified ones. But I am ready to move on to level 2 on Thursday for sure!
  • I finally went through the whole thing without resting! Even the stupid bicycle crunches :)
  • Today was a lot harder because I did it right after taking a 2 mile run lol. But I'm still chugging along! I don't plan on taking any days off, just getting it DONE and seeing results! I hope I'm not disappointed. I see what it's done for other people and I want the same.
  • Right now I'm in a loose 14 (I can put on/take off my jeans without buttoning or zipping) and I can get into a tight 12 both in American Eagle jeans. My goal is to be a comfortable 12 or maybe even 10 :)
  • I plan on doing it every day. Sunday is normally my rest day, but 20 minutes won't kill me :) I'm also doing c25k (I'm on week 5 now), lifting weights at the school gym, and some cardio on the arc trainer at school (quick calorie burn lol).
  • I got mine at Walmart for about $5-6.
  • The worst part for me is the cardio on circuit 1! That's when I want to kill her lol. I feel like I can't breathe! But I found that day 2 was slightly easier because I knew what to expect. I'm using 3lb weights vs 5lb weights and I'm so glad I decided to go with the 3s lol. Hey, we're 2 days down, only 28 more to go!
  • I'm going to keep weighing in every Monday because it's something I really look forward to. I don't think I'll have much of an issue going down because I've been losing weight with lifting, cardio, and c25k. Good luck ladies! Let's all get shreded :D
  • Ugh, I hate this picture, but I don't have a tape measure and want to see the difference in my body lol. Currently 191.8 lbs
  • Just finished day 1! Not as bad as I thought. Really glad I decided on 3 lb weights instead of 5. I'm pretty sure my arms hurt the most lol but I really want to stick with it and see it through the whole 30 days! :)
  • Suppose I'm going to go buy weights tomorrow :)
  • I'm in! Friend me if you want to keep in touch about it :) p.s. do I need any weights or anything to do it?
  • I use the C25K free iPhone app and I love it! I just finished Week 4, Day 2 today. I started the program on an indoor track but moved outside to challenge myself more. There is a definite difference from running inside and outside. But I love the program and can't wait to get to the end and say I did it!
  • I'm 5'2 and currently 194lbs. I wear size 14/16 pants and L/XL tops.
  • My name is Amanda and I'm from Myrtle Beach, SC
  • I'm not sure how to answer your question. I just do a pace that's comfortable enough to stick with but I do push myself. Make sure you stretch really well before starting and after finishing. Stay loose and enjoy the run. Hope that helps...? I'm on week 3 of c25k and I love it btw :)
  • I'm losing fat and can't wait until I can go shopping for clothes and not base my decision to buy on if my stomach pokes out too much :)
