Day 10 - Level One Complete!
So stoked to be going to level two! Took pictures as soon as I was done with the workout and compared them to my before pictures and I was surprised to already see a difference! I didn't think there would be much of a difference. Now I'm more motivated than ever to move on!!!

I FINALLY feel like I'm starting to get the hang of this thing! I'm still breathing heavy and dripping sweat, but I'm keeping up so much better with only 1 rest (stupid bicycle crunches!) and feeling good! How about yall?

3 weeks in
Just did my third weigh in today and I'm down a total of 5.8 lbs so far! Every week that I get on the scale and see the numbers going down, it makes my entire day. My friends are already telling me they see a difference and I've had to tighten my belt to the next hole, so I know I'm losing inches :) Seeing all of the posts…
