I get official Dr clearance tomorrow so, while I don't think I can make up all the miles I am behind, I will reach my new goal of 20 (down from 30). I was not expecting to be down for almost 3 weeks this month.

had to take 10 days off per Drs orders, so I am a bit behind. 12.66 as of today. Almost half way there!

New Nov Total 7.25. Not sure how much I will get in today. Vicodin is making life difficult.

11/3 2.00 miles November total 4.88 Trying to get ahead a bit since I will be down a couple days for a procedure.

I am already doing a "biggest loser" type challenge, so anything to help my numbers. This is my first time, and with the weather so unpredictable, I will rely mostly on my elliptical and my 0.5 mile lunchtime walks. My goal for November will be 30 miles. I think that should be doable.

I am just starting this tomorrow, but how do you input your calories burned? I can't find it in the database and I don't have a home monitor.

I got the same way when I cut down/out carbs. I did some online looking and discovered that it an be your body's way of dealing with out the carbs and sugars it is used to. takes 3-5 days to level back out and adjust to the lower carb level.
