I am 5'6 with a very large frame.My wrist is 9.75 in size. The dr told me its no excuse and to get off the sofa. Thats why I am here. When it comes to building muscle I really have to due strength training. It takes time. But remember the more muscle you build the stronger it also makes your bones.

Monday is my weigh in day.At one time I was weighing every day. It became an absession.My other half keeps the scale in his vechile until Monday,and brings it.lol

Just think we have Survier to thank for all of this. The first suppose to be reality show. Can't stand any of them. My t.v. gets turned of by 8 p.m.
