Wrapping up the fall semester. We've had a handful of staff members diagnosed with COVID this week. Exams next week will be weird. Holding steady on my weight so far, but I'd still like to get motivated to be more active. Just unearthed my fitbit so I'm going to charge it back up and start wearing it again.

I was having a great day food wise yesterday.... until I decided to finish off half a bag of jalapeno kettle chips. Ugh. I know TOM is on the horizon but I can't give into those cravings and expect to lose weight. Today is a teacher work day, so I'm going to work from home, vote, and maybe take a couple of walks.

So far I've successfully gotten through 2 days in a row without over snacking. Sunday I did a little strength training workout, and the plan today is to go for a walk or, if it's raining, do some sort of cardio. Been drinking more water. The scale isn't moving yet, but I think it will before Sunday.
