Check in Food - okay. Didn't eat much today Water - not enough Exercise - Also not enough Just did a little house work today and finished a couple of crochet projects. Still confused and upset over weight gain - I'm getting to the point where I'm afraid to eat, which isn't good. I need to take control and plan out my meals.

I think my scale is off, or it was... my weight keeps going up and I'm getting really frustrated! I'm at almost a 10lb increase from 2 weeks ago! Something's wrong.
