Hey there! Okay, I love free weights, so I'm sure I'd like heavy lifting and I've read that it helps burn more calories and so yeah. On board. But what are your favorite combo moves? Is it better to do more sets with fewer reps? Do you increase weight through the sets? Help! I want advice.
