5' 7" 39" 30" 40" 167 pounds 2 weeks ago before I started lifting and eating more. Not weighing until Dec. so don't know exactly what weight, but I'm sure it went up.

I don't do the 1200 cal regime, so after getting my important nutrients for the day, I ate several pieces of my favorites - logging each one. No guilt. No more deprivation - just healthy choices and moderation from here on out... oh... and busting some muscles lifting.

My breakfast this morning: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats... cook them a little on the runny side. 1 scoop of protein powder (this morning I used chocolate) +add ins to your liking (okay - this morning I used a tablespoon of semi-sweet choco chips... don't judge). Yummy + lots of protein.

Up the cals to TDEE minus 15-20%. In the calculator (Scooby's is what I used), make sure you put moderately active. Unless you are slender and small, your BMR should be above 1400... I wouldn't eat below that!

Oops - just realized I said I was dieting since 4. Not entirely accurate. Started really at 8, starvation @13 and various diets after that. I don't know why my mind said 4! Not that 8 is leaps and bounds better hahahaha!

My TDEE is 2335, BMR 1506, Cut Cals 1985. However, I do have Hypothyroidism (treated - but does not make me 'normal'). Wondering if I should still just go for the 2335? Suggestions?

Actually ended up doing day 3 today. Going to alternate Jill with 5k. 5'7" - 167 - I burned 183 tonight using my Bodymedia. It felt like 400. Whatevs.

I'm not on BC and today... well I should have been in a straight jacket, lol! Just went nutters lol. It only lasted a few hours. I did add DHEA into my system starting last week (apparently my testosterone levels were non-existent). Combine that with PMS and trying to balance a budget... perfect storm!

I put a tablespoon (or two) of light whipped cream, extract (coconut or lemon or cinnamon), packet of stevia and mix. Yum!
