Most of my "gain" I am SURE was the week and a half off, lol. Sounds like you got yours totally dialed! I had a hard time deciding between 10 and 15%, too. I would suggest 10 for you because you didn't gain a lot during reset. If 10 doesn't work push up to 15?

I would eat not BMR but TDEE (pick moderate activity) - TDEE is your maintenance weight... then lift heavy weights 3x a week. Cardio if you feel like it. Don't eat back exercise calories unless they take you under your BMR - then eat enough to get back to that. Giving advice I have gotten from super awesome bodied people…

Eat @ Tdee - 10-20% Hit my macros - 40% carb, 30% pro 30% fat Lift Heavy 3x a week Don't deprive myself Drink lots of water Stay the course and don't go for a quick fix Put more emphasis on clothing fit/size + measurements than the scale. Feeling good.
