I do it. Sometimes it gets me into situations that I didn't necessarily intend for... then I run... but it's ultimately my fault for starting up the convo. It also helps to look "approachable." Smile and make eye contact with people... especially those who you wish would come talk to you. I'm a harmless flirt though ;)

My favorites: Cake batter, white chocolate, cookies and cream. I've had almost all of them, and the only one that I am "ehh" about is the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor. It's very... "ehh" to say the least. For their casein, I only use cookies and cream, although I've tried most of their other flavors too. It's very good.

Exercise while you lay on the couch and watch the news. You can do crunches during commercial breaks, leg lifts on your side during programming.
