I just go with what MFP gave me for what I wanted to lose, my height/weight, and my lifestyle. So it says I should eat 1,850 calories per day and I always try to get a little exercise and I always try to be a little under on calories.

Sweet potatoes and bananas are high in potassium and bananas are like the easiest thing ever.

Maybe instead of "i can't eat what you cook" Try "How about I help with the menu planning and the shopping so we can work together to eat healthier."

Also don't bother with reduced fat PB, roughly the same calories and way less healthy fat all the same bad fat, just don't do it.

I'm not vegetarian yet but I hope to be soon, not easy when you still live with your parents and they love meat lol, but I try to be meatless most days.

Calories are only one part of the equation, try to get more nutrients in.

I have yet to figure out how to log it when I get a piece of my brother's pizza and scrape the nastiness that is Tombstone pepperoni off of it, I generally eat about 2 slices of crust drowned in Parmesan cheese.

you haven't been in my house, I would have to wake up at midnight meaning bed at like 6pm and I'm not trying to make excuses I swear but my dad has sleep apnea and he gets up and plays COD and then goes back to bed and then gets back up.

I don't, yet. I want, better yet need to, but I have to wait until I find a job because most gyms don't accept your soul as payment. Neither do sporting goods stores.

20 and I haven't been logging like I should but I still eat like I should and walk 2-3+ miles a day I just got out of habit with logging, oops

they are yummy but I think I could eat the entire box and still be starving plus they are empty calories (and way too many to not even be filling) but I will admit that every fall I buy several boxes of Pumpkin Pie flavor.

Yes a calorie is a calorie but 1600 cal in sweets and 1600 cal in fruits, veg and other real food are very different things. If I ate 1600 cal in junk food I'd be starving at noon when I had finished all of my calories for the day.

If you aren't building muscle it will get stored as fat, or that is what I have read, I'm not a Dr. but it makes sense.

I'm 20, no kids technically I'm a full time student by my schools definition but I only have three classes and I only go two days a week but I need to lose at least 130 -150 (I'm gonna stop losing when I like how I look/feel not when I get to a specific number on the scale)
