Fat Head?
Has anyone seen Fat Head? Its sort of a follow up to Super Size Me. It isn't the exact same thing Morgan Spurlock did but he is doing a diet of fast food showing how you can lose weight. Most of it seems to make a lot of sense but I'm not a doctor/nutritionist I am just average Jane watching documentaries on Netflix.

Protein?
I have been vegetarian since the start of the year and I've been tracking my food again since yesterday and I've been way short on protein. Like I'm 100+ shy. Even before going veg I hated eating meat I only ate it for dinner for lack of another option now I don't even before going veg I was crazy short. How do I get it in?

TDEE&BMR???
Okay I have seen on here about TDEE and BMR and I have calculated mine but I have no clue what the mean. I keep reading that they are important and I know the BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate. I'm just really not sure what to do with these numbers. and I don't know if this is important but my BMR=2046 and my TDEE=2678

I can't seem to figure out how to change my daily nutrition goals, I'm on medifast and I want to change my calorie goals so they're lower so it will stop telling me I need to eat a thousand more calories and it also say I'm way over on fiber and protien but I'm just eating what I'm supposed to for MF.
