Ideas?

I have zero space in my house (I live with my parents and siblings so I can't really use the only large room in the house) and we aren't allowed in the den after 9 "You don't have to go to sleep you just have to be in your room" so I can't just wait until everyone is in bed and my room is miniscule and currently has furniture taking up what little space there is and unless you know a gym that accepts your soul as payment I think I'm screwed.

1. Wake up early and work out while everyone else is still asleep.
2. Push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, planks, mountain climbers, etc. take up very little space, just enough for your body.
3. YouTube blogilates. Most of her workouts take place on a yoga mat, so that's all the space you'll need.
4. Google "apartment workouts", I know there's videos out there that are made specifically for small spaces.
5. Work out outside. Run around the block, do jump squats in the back yard, etc.0 -

^This. Also look at Convict Conditioning. And running is free and can be done outdoors.0 -
you haven't been in my house, I would have to wake up at midnight meaning bed at like 6pm
and I'm not trying to make excuses I swear but my dad has sleep apnea and he gets up and plays COD and then goes back to bed and then gets back up.0 -

I walk as often as I can but I can't run unless I just want an asthma attack0 -
Here's the thing:
You've been given several ideas. You answer with excuses.
If you want to get fit, you will find a way. You can do pushups outside. You can take longer/faster walks. You can do pilates on your front porch. Everyone has obstacles standing in their way - it's up to you to figure out how to get around them and make the best of your situation. But that only happens if you are determined and stop making excuses.
You don't have to exercise to lose weight, of course.
Good luck to you!0 -
I don't know of any gyms that will take your soul as payment but many YMCAs will offer extremely discounted memberships for people with low incomes.
If you have to be in your room by 9 could you do bodyweight exercises in the yard after dinner?
If you really want it you'll figure out a way.......0
