well I just meant that the average person isn't eating a bottle of vitamins a day so just taking a multivitamin isn't going to hurt you.

yeah the closest thing I do to training is going up and down the stairs at school and walking the block every now and then.

I'm not very big on them I do like Brown Sugar Cinnamon frosted and they have to be toasted because if they aren't crunchy they're icky. However at the first sign of Fall I stock up on Pumpkin Pie flavor.

You weren't losing because your body was grabbing every calorie it could with a death grip 1100 isn't enough 1200 is the bare minimum you should eat but yes nutrients are far more important than calories nutrients=health
