Simply amazing! I love this!

The first red wine I've ever had tasted like I was drinking rubbing alcohol. So I stayed clear of it for 6 years when I was convinced to try Riunite. I love it! And it's the only wine I buy now...and it's not expensive.

5' Starting weight: 163 Current weight: 135 Goal weight: 115 I think I have a pretty good amount of muscle mass. But if I'm completely wrong (which has only happened once or twice) then my goal weight will probably be about 105.

This is super awesome! Congrats on such an amazing accomplishment!

Saw the pic in your profile! Awesome progress! Congratulations you look amazing :)

I actually do really like it. I'm on day 18 today. 2 more days til level 3. I think it's a fast and effective workout. I had my doubts about working out to a dvd but I actually like it. I use 10lb weights so its especially difficult, and I don't do as meny reps as they do with the arm workouts. I'd recommend it though.

Wow, those are amazing result! Congratulations! I'm only on day 4 myself but I also plan to do it everyday. I'm sore as all heck but I intend to do all 30 days in a row.

I agree, when done correctly they should be about the same. However, I do MFP because I like to log my exercise and calories burned, and it motivates me to exercise more. However, others are motivated by the TDEE method and find it easier. I've tried both methods for a couple months each, that's how I know what works best…

Yes, you're suppose to eat exercise calories back using MFP. I aim to eat at least half of mine back. If I'm still hungry I eat all of them. I won't lie, this happens often!

I agree with this. I doubt she is burning that much at her weight. Also she's doing something new which is exciting to her, but I wouldn't be surprised if she burns out soon at the rate she's going.

Lol aww congratulations!

I've thought this too. I started lifting 2 months ago and have been sore in my glutes, hammies, and quads ever since. Not as sore as when I first started but still sore. But I change the weight often, sometimes up sometimes down, and I work on trying to go lower when I do squats. It does make me curious why it happens for…

Geez, I'm so sorry this happened to you. But I hope it's as obvious to you as it is to everyone else, that HE is the problem, not you. I know it's scary to think that the last 8 years seems like a waste, but you have your kids and I suspect you wouldn't change that for the world, right. Stay strong girl, this too shall…

I do not ban sugar, but I like it too much. So I would probably eat the cheese to fit into my daily goals. I learned that a good amount of fat and protein together satisfies me personally, hunger-wise. And the cheese offers that. However, at the end of the day if I've filled my protein goals and still have a few extra…

I should have probably realized that myself. Oh well, now I know! Thank you! :flowerforyou:

I actually wonder this myself. I buy a bag of frozen chicken breast. It says 110 calories for 4 oz. But it doesn't say what state it should be whether frozen, thawed, or cooked.

I've found this group to have the best information http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/10118-eat-train-progress If you have fat to lose, you should eat at a deficit while trying to maintain the muscle you have now. Lift regularly and get plenty of protein. 1lb per lean body mass. When you lose weight your losing fat…

What kind of yoga do y'all do? ETA: sorry, just saw your link!

I think they're awesome. I would buy them in bulk if I could afford it. I'll buy a 12 pack at a time and switch between a protein shake and a quest bar. i do a google search for free shipping code for quest and there's usually a code you can use. Also they've always sent an extra protein bar when I order the 12 pack. They…

Yes! I hope my legs transform as yours have!
-
Wow! That's is really awesome! Great work! :)

Yea. And the posts where people are too full to eat 1200 calories. Really?! But the 3000 calories you were eating before MFP didn't cause you to get full?
-
I couldn't have said this better myself!
-
Congratulations on your progress so far! Your pictures are wonderful and you look fantastic

I told my scale the same thing this morning.

I think those peanut butter pop tarts are delicious. The post about them not being easily available in Australia may be the saddest news I hear today. I do enjoy Little dirty Debbie's and deep fried goodness.

Also my logic
-
Yes! Especially my thighs, front and back! And I've been losing slower then you and I've been lifting 3 days/week too. I just keep hoping that with continuing weight loss and lifting it will improve. I know I will never have awesome, smooth legs, but they look so awful I won't even wear shorts in the summer.
-
I usually run or do the elliptical. I've tried many times getting into yoga, but it's just to "slow" (for lack of a better word) for me or something. Maybe I just have not found the right type or routine.

Titanic 2. Ugh! It's on Netflix. Punch Drunk Love I thought Freddy Got Fingered was hilarious
