stop jumping on the scale sweetheart!! it is the most evil thing in the house.. take your measurements.. and track that way and just weigh in on your weigh in day Each day the body will fluxuate with water weight and waste . dont get disgouraged, this does take time. If this was a quick fix everyone would be thin. :)

awesome twist on this.. Paula is a great chef but her food is super fatten!! She has two restaurants about 3 hrs from my house in South GA on the coast and my dad has been there and he said it was awesome but he was so yuck feeling from eating it all.. Look in my blog and use my taco seasoning. it has no salt in it. and is better than the packet stuff. or you can rub it in EVOO and sprinkle some herbs on it and sear it in a saute pan on each side till golden and pop in the oven to finish cooking.

if you make these more a dice cut they will cook better and absorb the seasoning better. I normally dice my pots and put them in a bowl then add my oil toss them around. then I mix all my spices together and sprinkle them on to my pots when i lay them out on the cooking sheet. ~Chef Jenn~

i would say know your going to be doing stop and go walking but write down the time you enter the park and then the time you leave the park. that sounds like correct amounts to make it caramelize , how thick did you make them. They might need to be thinner than what we are use to buying in the store. these sounds awesome btw :)

what was your recipe for it, what ingredient was called to hold them together. I would suggest maybe setting them up in the freezer to set for 10 mins. you may have to change the yield in the recipe to make it more sticky
