I like to roll up about 8 leaves and cut them on a angle so they turn into ribbon cuts, I add some mince garlic, paprika and cook it with chicken breast. I drizzle EVOO over my chicken and then add the above items. Great flavor!!

download you a conversion chart. I have one on my fridge that starts with grams , tsp, tbsp, oz, cups, liters, etc.... this helps alot when cooking and u can just look over and see what you need. I got the sportline duo 1025 ( $100) and the chest strap fits me and Im 44DD chest. The watch is a little tight on my wrist but I just wear it when I work out. Until I lose some weight hoping it will not be as tight. Im big boned anyways.

maybe cooking in a restaurant is differ than cooking at home. b/c when you order a 10oz ribeye , it is not weighed after we cook it.. i weigh all meat before cooking it. Most products should be weighed in its raw form. Pasta is the one that is hard to do. I tend to measure it out after cooking it b/c it swells when cooked bringing it to a state that you can measure it and know you are not eating more than the serving size. Chef Jenn

normally a reg bag of popcorn POPPED is about 5 cups. but I never let mine finish popping in fear it will burn some and make the house smell to high hell.. next time just get the smart 100 cal bags.. I too got sick of trying to figure out the bigger bags.

i have an elliptical and a full 4 sided weight lift system. and I have dumbbells that I can change the weights on them to be free weights. I do better at home working out, I can turn the radio on as loud as I want. I can wear what ever I want and I yell at my self to push thru another set!!!!
