  • im at 220 and mine says I burn about 330 in 25 mins. that is when they are set on strength 3.. but I burn more when I to it set at 8. i have double checked my burns with HRM and on other websites. its all within a numbers diff
  • i love grits.. guess I could not bee a true Ga peach if i didnt.. in moderation they can be ok. I eat a packet of grits every once in a while and its only 100 cals with one egg is only 170 cals there are some desserts you can use to make with grits like that , and when cooked a certain way u can make it like polenta
