bump I have the same issue. I find myself ending the day with way too many cals still needing to eat and I cant. I would only end up vomiting if I over eat. I too have had Dr's tell me that I just need to eat what I can and workout.But that goes with the WL surgery I had. I am not like everyone else on here either

ok I read a article from a a professor who did a study on "saving" calories for days later in the week. I have to agree on this but that is MY personal thought on it. She stated that as long as you get in the correct amount of calories for the week, your body levels it all out. Its when you dont get enough or you go way…

ive never heard too much protein being bad.. I am suppose to get in 64 grams of protein a day / per on Surgeon..

however I did just do some numbers to see what my hubby burns ( he plays semi pro tennis) and he burns a avg of 3000-5000 calories a DAY.. woohoo I should have learned to play the game!!

what a GREAT idea.. I truly love it!! I am just rewarding myself AGAIN with being able to show off the tummy tuck and implants I had done when I lost 140 pounds back in 05. I spent too much money and went thru enough pain to know I can get this 50 pounds back off and show myself off that I can still be a hottie at 31 yr…

i cant say i hate it.. I get a thrill out of clipping coupons and seeing the $$$ I save when I go. I stick to a list , I dont buy anything outside of it. On Sunday I get the paper and see what is on sale and plan my weekly meals with what Im going to get. Make it game and fun not torture

I cant eat all that , thats the problem ... I can eat a egg I dont do tuna at all and I can eat maybe 2oz of chicken I am not allowed stringy veggies like broccoli I can do milk NO NUTS I do some beans

today is day 15 of me logging in and i only lost 1 pound in two weeks. and i too eat good and work out burning a avg of 500 calories a day . but im not giving up... that is my mind playing tricks on me. i like going to my local rec center and hike the trails, walk around the lakes and then do HIIT in my woman cave to some pump up music and then somedays I like to walk my fat basset hound.. but he is old so its a slow walk

what do you have your goals set at 1 pound, 2 pound to lose each week and your exercise. I for example have it set to loose 2 pounds a week and I dont enter any exercise in. and Im suppose to eat 1220 calories a day. and if I get to work out great but this way I will still loose 2 pounds a week with eating 1220 calories

enter your EVOO into your dinner when cooking even if its 2 tbsp. marinades, spices and things like that. I go to my recipe area and enter my mix and then how many servings i can fix with it.

i can say I have this one in the bag.. I dont eat out. I have ate out one time in 9 months.

i youtubed a bunch of HIIT workouts then created my own I do for 15 mins and it get my HR UP and I am sweating like crazy by the time I am done. and I see more inches lost by doing that than walking or anything else

i can get the calories burned on my elliptical but with my full routine I dont know what I burn. I guess I need to get a HRM at some point so I have a better feel for what Im burning

I have extreme low blood sugar , so that is not it. I had gastric bypass 6 years ago and I have no current health issue besides being 50 pounds over weight

ditto.. for the last month i just keep floating between the same 5 pounds on the scale but I did lose a few inches. I even challenged myself to burn 3500 calories in a week and I didnt lose anything. its so depressing
