There is a danger. Research it. plus I learned this from a great Head Chef in Atlanta. You are suppose to only drink half your weight in water each day. example you weigh 200 pounds, u need 100 oz of water a day I am drinking some day almost 300oz of water..

I make a awesome 4 cheese potato soup but it is not healthy. But if you wanted to try something like this and Im just pulling ideas from my head right now. i personally like just the good ol Slim fast ones. I dont have to mess up the kitchen , I can toss it in my bag and go. I also enjoy the BOOST high protein 8oz bottle too. Im not and dont plan to either. I like using youtube and just google cardio workout at home and go thru and pick me a workout for the day or I go hiking on my local trails and walk. or get on my elliptical She is too self centered to be a trainer for me

carrots, squash, zuc's and such veggies cook very well in foil packets. Your chicken is done when u press it with a fork and the juices run clear.. or the temp of the bird is 160 degrees I tend to cook my chicken at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. mine is not breast tissue , I had all my breast tissue removed in 2007 with a breast lift .. I had implants put in at that time. My surgeon told me its a fatty pocket and to exercise but I do butterfly reps, I have 10 pound free weights and I cant get it off my arms bulk up but that fat under my arm doesnt go away at all

i drink ALOT of water.. most days too much water. (* we are suppose to drink at least 80oz a day, and some say drink half your weight in water ex: 200lb , drink 100 oz) I only drink water most days with a boost protein and sometimes Sprite. OK this is great so I have to answer about mine.. I had all my breast tissue removed and them filled with just implants. I know each implant weighs about a pound. However they fill much more heavy than what just breast tissue use to weigh.

i have that very issue right now. I have weigh in tomorrow and I KNOW I am 3 pounds heavier , but I have to realize my body didnt gain Fat, its water.. after a few days I will feel better and the water goes away
