I make my 4 cheese potato soup ( however not healthy) Chili Seafood Gumbo Brunswick Stew and my fav is taking a 10 pound Boston Pork Butt ( butcher it a little) and put a dry rub on there and slow cook it for 6-8 hrs

I was a huge Mt Dew fan and the start of the year I cold turkey quit drinking anything with caffeine in it. I am getting in 80-100 oz of water a day, then treat myself with a Sprite some times or a G2.

walking does it for me , but I have adding in my walking with uphill walks, htting the local trails and all so I put more force into my walks to work those hips. I lost 1 inch in 2 weeks by doing this. I also walk a min of 1 .5 hours 3 x a week

alli is the only FDA approved product you can get OTC. I took it when it was still a prescription and it did help me to lose an extra pound or two each week during a 3 month trail of taking it. It also lets you KNOW when you eat something that you shouldnt. ( meaning have a bathroom near by)

use your measuring cups. after it is cooked. dont pack it in though. 1 cup is 8 oz and when you enter it in it lets you put how many oz or cups you ate. depending on what your calorie intake is a serving is about 1/2 a cup. Then add about 2 oz of chicken and 1/4 cup of sauce and you have a nice meal

you can log it and just just change your viewing party if you dont want others to see. but we are human.. we have good and bad days. i log mine everyday. so i can see the things I ate each day , b/c i sure will not remember what i had last monday but i use it to look back and see what i had and that way i can plan meals…
