I gave myself a 7 day challenge to burn 500 calories a day and then I made myself a blog about it to keep track. I mainly walk to get this in and do weight lifting 3 days a week. I am slowly adding in push ups and sit ups

water, water , water. and when in doubt.. more water. I too noticed my lips were getting dry , so I up the water to about 100 oz a day ( thats 6-7n bottles of 16oz a day) plus working out in the dry winter air I had to add some lip balm in. Protein is what the hair and nails need to stay in shape

mine is set that way too. ( we must be aiming for the same round about numbers )

you dont need to burn 2100 calories a day honey!! the 1600 cals u are eating a day already has a built in deduction from what ever you put in goals to lose each week. example: If you want to lose 2 pounds a week and you weigh 225 now but your goal weight is 170. It will say you need to eat 1225 cals day to make sure you…

I have done this also. Being I too cook from what ever comes to mind and what recipes I have created over the last 10 years. I have entered them in but the amounts I use and then I just know how many servings I can get out of each . but you can just try searching with some key words what you are looking for. you could try…

a pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories! as for the cal in and out. my personal way: I try to eat 1200 calories ( that is what MFP says and my surgeon told me after my stomach staple) I personally try to burn off 3500 calories each week to lose a pound. for me I physically can not eat back any of the calories I burn off .…

you are correct.. as a chef I know there is no difference in any salt. its all the same. the way we cook with it is all that makes it different to me.

I love seasoning things. I have a whole cabinet devoted to spices. with seafood I use dill, rosemary, lemon , paprika, thyme, basil leave, fennel seed, and if you want that kick use some cumin for chicken-garlic, peppercorn, tarragon, orange, honey, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, mustard seed, ginger, cardamom, caraway age,…

try doing your measurements. I tend to see the scale as evil..... are you getting your water in. that is a key need to lose weight as it flushes the body

6 years ago I put myself thru HELL having gastric bypass surgery ( lost 140lbs) then in 07 I had a tummy tuck and boob job and lipo ( OUCH is all I can say) but since then I have let myself go and the weight slowly came back and I hit 225 again and I said NOPE NOPE I DID NOT put myself thru so much surgery and pure hell…

Police training can be rough, I did 8 weeks of it b4 I found out I was preggers. Push ups, sit ups and running are the core things you will need to have down pat start with doing the Girl version of push ups to build up your arms. If you have weights use them to bulk up your arms

you can put the potato in the freezer for a while to make it harder. a sweet potato is hard to turn into a home fry. in the restaurant we have a huge cutter that slams then so fast it cuts them into fries but we cant get those at home really. you can cut into larger dice size and know they do not take as long to cook as…

you can do it with a good knife skill but if your not comfy with doing it that way then get yourself a mandoline slicer. you can also use it for other raw veggies and it is easy to use and clean up

bump this sounds so much better than flour dough... as for the cals im guessing use the database for the items and then a 10 inch pie is cut into 6 slices. so then it should balance out what is in it. either way it is way better than other stuff out there

ive battled with low blood sugar since high school and OJ seems to help me, only about 4-6oz. or eat some food. that way you are taking in a more nature sugar and not a sugary man made food. if that makes sense
