I love my 8oz of BOOST high protein each morning but as soon as I drink it I am over my sugar for the WHOLE day.
This is something my Dr friend told me to drink since I need to get in all those vitamins and protein.
I know I am not at risk for diabetes but I would like to watch my sugar intake better than overing it on one item

I have the hardest time drinking protein shake powders from like GNC. I lived on those for a year when I had gastric bypass and if you have ever had by no choice to drink or eat something u can get burnt out of it and the smell of it makes me sick..lol

I need to replace my boost with something else when I run out of this case of them.
Suggestions???
* I am suppose to get in 64g of protein a day( im not even close these days)

    Try EAS carb control shakes. They are 110 calories each, 17g protein and only 2g sugar!!! They come in several flavors too (Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla). They are delicious!
  • Also, Glucerna is a nutritional drink for diabetics. So it's definitely low in sugar. Never tried it before, but it might be what you're looking for.

    I use Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate in strawberry. It has 26g of protein and no sugar, it uses Stevia instead.
  • Whey protein and sugar free pudding for the win ;}

    2 eggs in the morning
    can of tuna at lucnh
    chicken breast at supper.

    i bet that puts you over 64g protein.

    Factor in protein from other sources, like broccoli, milk, nuts, beans, quinoa.

    64grams isn`t hard to reach at all.

    Check out therawfoodworld.com. They have all natural protein supplements. The wheat and corn is 90% genetically modified which cause Celiac disease, so I wouldn't take supplements or eat food with wheat in them.
