I'm going to say eating out is more expensive. If you purchase raw vegetables and prepare them at home, you can have meals for the entire week, as opposed to just one fast-food meal.

My name is Blanca and I'm from Chicago. I have been heavy all my life and I'm trying to lose weight to be healthy. I started this journey a little over a month ago and I'm in the process of training for my first 5K (takes place in November). Looking forward to starting this 7 day challenge!
