I have two girlfriends that I take spin classes with...neither of them goes to the gym a lot though and I don't count on them to go with me. I enjoy the times when they do, but I'm totally fine going in and hitting the machines and weights on my own with my ipod. I'm my own motivation-not anyone else!

Nope, not top secret! I give credit where it's due (damn you Pinterest!!!!) http://seeminglygreek.com/2011/09/apple-fritters/ I used some beat up not too crisp honeycrisp apples and added crushed walnuts to the mix. :flowerforyou:

I do my workout when I get home from work every day, so I have a snack around 3:30-4:30...today it's greek yogurt with granola and blackberries. I'll have some fruit or chocolate milk after my workout if it's going to be a while until dinner.

I'm finishing Phase 1 up today-love the program! However, I'm not following the meal plan either-1200 cals a day is far too low. I'm just eating sensibly-portion control and good whole foods! :drinker:
-
I'm down for the pizza too.

A nap, chocolate and sex. Instead I'm chugging coffee to try and keep my head from falling onto my keyboard. Meh. :grumble:

Bumping for this! I've been looking for something like this!

An extra large hazelnut from 7-11 with splenda and half and half. My afternoon cup will be medium roast Dunkin'.....yum!

I did Atkins years ago and lost a bunch of weight. Then I started to get really into exercise and started doing more than low impact cardio. I found that I couldn't eat LC and workout like that. Here I am two years later with a totally screwed metabolism from multiple reasons, LC eating being one of them. Don't restrict…

Chicken enchilada pasta. Follow by a peanut butter brownie and a glass of milk. No low cals here! :drinker:

My eyeballs are falling out of my head ladies! I  you all for sharing pics! It's these success stories that help keep me motivated and inspired because I want to be one soon. Keep 'em coming!

I make a menu and corresponding grocery list for either one week or two weeks, just depends on my mood. I don't always follow it to a tee though as some days I may not feel like cooking and will go with another option. But I find that making the menu and doing some prep work the weekend before helps a LOT. As it stands for…

Old Navy!!! I just got two tops for like $12 from them. If you're on the busty side I'd recommend getting a good underwire bra from Vic's or from a sporting goods store that carries a good selection.

Happy Birthday December babies!! And a shout out to the other two I've seen that are Pearl Harbor Day babies-I'm 27 on the 7th! :drinker:

Guilty! I've found so many new recipes on there. Granted I still Google recipes, but it's nice to wander through Pinterest not looking for anything in particular and have something totally strike your fancy!!

Oh my goodness!! This made me feel SO old when I saw the new version being advertised in Target's Christmas flyer!! I actually just donated my original one to Goodwill about 6 months ago!

If you're even remotely wishy washy do not do something permanent. Look at getting an IUD or something. My hubby and I are 26 and married 4 years. Neither of us have ever wanted kids. He got a vasectomy done 3 years ago. I was diagnosed with endometriosis over a year ago and had an endometrial ablation done so my chances…

Cetaphil. Even with my out of control hormones it keeps my face clean, soft and fairly breakout free. I use St. Ives scrub once or twice a week and love Mario Badescu's drying lotion for when I do get breakouts.

Another vote for the crock pot-so easy!! Also, spending a couple of hours on the weekend prepping casseroles and freezing is great. Any leftovers you have can be portioned and individually frozen for later use.
