  • What's a blog challenge?
  • I have 3 kids!! Would love to be friends!!
  • My stretch marks are there!! Trust me!! I never had them until my third!! I started with P90X last year and have stuck with the programs as best as I can. Nutrition has been the main key for the weight loss. A lot of protein and less carbs is what has been working. I exercise 5-6 times a week (weekends are hard because I…
  • My husband stole my scale haha.. I became obsessed and discouraged all at the same time. I focus on measurements now and I get my scale back every 30 days :0/
  • http://fitandtoneforlife.blogspot.com/p/healthy-recipes.html I have posted a ton of healthy breakfast recipes that are easy to make.. I have 3 kids so I know what it's like to be in a rush in the morning. Sometimes I will prepare my breakfast at night and store it in the fridge so I can just grab it on my way out the door…
  • My stomach was so bad that when I started working out, doing pushups disgusted me!! My stomach just hung there no matter how hard I tried to tighten it up. I would also sit on the couch with my husband and it would just flop over lol. I had a lot of lose skin. I read to drink a lot of water and exfoliate in the shower to…
  • What's your nutrition like and how long have you been at this?
  • I had the same problem. I lost 70lbs and noticed where my stretch marks were with my last pregnancy, that's where it sagged the most. It would disgust me when I tried to do pushups and just saw my stomach basically hanging in mid air.. It literally took from January to about July until it got better. It takes time. What I…
  • Hey!! Yes, I plan my meals in advance. I go to the store several times a week but have all of my meals written out. Sunday's I cook 3 days worth of food for my husband and myself and store them in containers in the fridge. That way I can focus on making my meals for my kids during the week. Wednesday I cook the next three…
  • Would love to help keep you motivated!! I had a knee surgery not too long ago with a torn meniscus from playing soccer.. It's been a long challenge and still deal with pain, but maybe I could offer you insight and some encouragement :)
  • I have made it twice. The first time it came out pretty good, the second time I think it wasn't as good because I didn't put fresh garlic in it. My kids definitely love it and they hateee all veggies. You need to be careful though because I made the dough really thin and had to use a fork to eat it as it broke apart. I'm…
  • Did the program work for me? Yes, because I stink at going to the gym and figuring out what I should do. The key though regardless is nutrition!!!! If anyone needs help or has any questions on anything, please message me. I have stuck to a high protein diet.. I have a huge sweet tooth and for those of you who have seen my…
  • Sorry, this will be my last post lol. I had tore all of my meniscus on my left knee several years ago playing soccer. I had surgery on it and I do struggle as they did a lateral release on my knee cap. From my understanding, my knee cap technically isn't connected anymore.. It does hurt from time to time, but p90x does…

  • I posted my results (despite the negative comments) under 70lbs lost. I was in TERRIBLE shape when I started last January. I stuck with it though and it did help me. The nutrition is the key though!! If you need help with it, please let me know. It can be confusing and overwhelming!!

  • You look great!! How did you like P90X2? I love the first one, and am a little hesitant on trying the second one..
  • I stuck to high protein, low carbs and fat nutrition plan... The only kind of meat I was eating was chicken, jennie-o turkey (they make a really good turkey tenderloin that is high in protein and low in carbs.. Think at Sams Club I got 40 something oz. for $12.. That's easily lunch and dinner for 2 days), eggs and of…
  • almond milk is great!! I mix it in my protein shakes!! Unsweetened though is the way to go!! I also love the coconut milk and chocolate milk they make!!
  • This recipe is awesome! A slight difference in amount on tomato sauce than what I use, but it tastes really good!!
  • For those of you with the negative comments, I am posting the same thing I posted in the original forum to the beachbody coach post... After debating on whether or not to get involved in this, I have decided to say something. I am not here to get ridiculed for what I have worked my butt off for. I don't want people…
  • That's terrible!! I have never ran outside because I'm self conscious of other people for just this reason. I'm younger yes, but I stink at running and feel that people would look at me like "what is she doing? Running, walking, running again?" I know, something I need to get over, but go you for getting out there. Kids…
  • She is totally right, you need to keep an eye on your calories, but pay more attention to what you are eating
