                I have done both programs and have used asics as my main brand. They have been GREAT shoes for the movement, but I have found that my foot keeps cramping up and blamed it on my shoes. Apparently I walk on the outside of my foot more and is causing me difficulties. I got a new insert for them and they are better than ever…

                For the chocolate I use almond milk or water. Tropical I have found water and ice mixed in a blender with it makes it less gritty and it tastes awesome!!

                Ok well I have my before and after pics from when I did Brazil Butt Lift, but the guys don't get the pleasure of seeing me post them on here!!! I did 2 rounds of it and it works! Lots of squats and lunges!!

                I think I did pretty well this week; I was a little low on my calories 2 days, but I don't think that will hurt me at all. I got sick late last night and most of today. I am NOT feeling salads or anything in my fridge so my husband went to subway to grab me a sub sandwich. Hopefully the bread and carbs will make my stomach…

                I got up super early today to run on the treadmill because I thought the cable repairman was coming out today.. Then I just got a call that he had to reschedule!! What the heck?!!!! Well at least I got my run in!! Now I can try and knock out some TurboFire when I wake up lol

                You guys all have great goals!! I would like to add that I definitely need to work on in-taking more water through the day!! I'm terrible at this and I really feel it during a workout. I'm home all day so there is no excuse!!!
