My temptation is eggnog! Aside from that, it's just the warm comfort foods that I cook for everyone on the day of Christmas. I go through all of my cook books and make so many warm dishes that I always indulge in. It's the only time of year that I get to show off my cooking and baking skills, so I always go all out!!

I did Chalean extreme here and there by tossing in the programs when I got bored, and am doing TurboFire now!! I'm sorta uncoordinated and my kids laugh at me, but it's still really fun!!

It's amazing to me that more people don't log their calories. I initially found that I was eating too less of calories which killed the fat burning process. It's a process but over-time it becomes second nature.

lol yes that sounds depressing! To find a replacement you have to find out why you drink? Is it because you are bored, stressed, like it? If it's because there is nothing else better to do, maybe switch your workout times around.

What's the recipe for that? The taco salad was awesome! I'm not a big chicken eater, but I shred it up pretty good with a fork so it mixes well with the salad. This also helps so you don't have a salad with a load of ranch on top!! It's also a good recipe if you have kids that are picky eaters.
