Big moment for me today, i ran my first 5K-35:05...its was called the "Spring Thaw" for a reason eh! 31 degrees running beside Lake St.Clair perfect weather for us thick skinned Canadians. I went into the race with the attitude to just have fun....and fun was had by all. Cheers to all you inspiring runners on this April…

So far this month i have been physically feeling great! Running 3 days a week and not feeling so beat up with injuries/illness or as Elsie calls them "runjuries". I am registered for 2 5K runs over the next 4 weeks and after that i would like to add another day of running in, slow and steady.................. Still working…
