So many physicians want to medicate the body and not the mind. There is scientific proof that the mind & body are connected. Id like to think he was challenging you and if so i would ask. If not i would seek out a new professional, perhaps one thats healthy.

My recent NCV i have managed to accomplish a 4 minute plank, working towards 5 minutes, adding 15 seconds every Monday. NEVER did i think i could do 4 minutes.

My NSV is holding a 3 minute 30 second plank in our plank challenge. On Monday's we add 15 seconds every week until we hit a 5 minutes plank.

@shanabar i did the C25K program to get my cardio back, i also used the stationary bike during recover and i boxed ( through punches while riding with 1lb waited gloves) this elvated my heart rate and i burn way more calories then just biking, im sure i looked rediculous to some, but i dont care. Im back, from a 5th metatarsal fracture in March. Since my fracture i have missed out on 600 plus miles :( I am currently on Week 6 day 1 of C25K. I managed a 4 hour job yesterday and on my feet/foot the whole time. I truly needed that nap when i got home and i recoverd quite well. I won't lie its still fragile. I don't get people, they are like doubting my recovery thinking i should be good to go... i get the "really your still limping" and i want to shut them…
