I like mine cold with almond milk, Splenda, powdered PB2 or regular peanut butter and a sliced banana.

It's still better to eat something healthy and go over rather than not and binge later. I learned this the hard way. Or fill up on zero calorie foods, which I have incorporated into my daily diet (foods that take more calories to digest than they are worth).

My experience with this is, I can eat say 2,000 calories of healthy foods and still lose great, but eating the same in junk, despite exercise I gain. If I want a little junk food, it only can be 20% of my daily calories, the other healthy.
