I started drinking chocolate protein shakes with just whole milk in them last night, and that alone has helped me a ton. It also helps me to stay fuller longer.

I am 5'4. The first pic was about 2 months after I had my youngest in May of 2012. I have no clue what my weight was in either of the top two pics. The bottom left pic was Christmas Eve 2012. I was about 245-250. The bottom middle pic was St Patty's Day 2013. 240ish lbs The bottom right was 12/22/2013. 220lbs.

I've had both with ill side effects from both! Horrible weight gain and even working out it was hard to shed anything. I ended up having to have a d&c 2 weeks ago to have it removed.

Watch your calories, drink more water, if nothing else, go on long walks. Just keep going and don't give up.

I don't really have a goal "weight." I'm looking to get around 150lbs but it all depends on how I feel and what I look like at that point. I'm not as much worried about the number as long as I can finally feel good about myself once again.

The jumping caused me to have knee and ankle issues and even new shoes didn't help any. I had to stop and do pilates and Yoga Meltdown!

I was always skinny as a child and teen. I ran 2 miles every day until I got pregnant with my oldest. I went from 120ish to 219. Since having him, I've had 3 more children and now I'm 236.

I'm 5'4 and currently 236. I started the weight loss journey in November and I have since lost a total of 10 pounds but it's a new year so I reset all my goals and my weight on 1/1/2013 and I've lost 3lbs since then :) Anyone can add me also :)
