(My only csection) before I could eat whatever I wanted add long as I stayed below x amount of calories, (usually 1,400) and is lose weight. It's my legs, feet, and hands. My hands have really taken a beating with making 20 beds a day. I've just gotten a really good pair of Mizuno shoes. I know they are for running but unless I'm on break, I'm constantly moving and easily getting 12k-15k steps in a 6-7 hour shift

Before I was a stay at home mom. Now I work at a hotel in housekeeping. I'm constantly moving. It's a full body workout (bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, tugging, climbing stairs, lifting)

^^^ this. Yes, if you are iverweight, there can be really bad consequences. People who pay for an app to track nutrition and weightloss or those that go to the gym are more likely to lose weight that they desperately need to lose in turn making them healthier and enabling them to live longer.

I agree with you all. I used to LOVE MFP when I first started my weight loss journey 3 years ago. I've had to start all over and not feeling what I see on here.

I use the Jawbone Up Move. It's a basic tracker but if you're wanting to know more of an exact burn, you'll need one with a heart rate monitor preferably one with the chest strap as it is more accurate than the ones built into the bracelet.

The ones I purchased are a 720. I am unable to go shopping for shoes after work because everywhere but Walmart is closed at 5 am.
