I haven't had a cigarette so far this year and I'm just starting to go through this. Every time I workout, my lungs and chest burn as if I was trying to smoke while working out. I hope it goes away SOON!

Yes they work! I've lost about 25lbs on them! I love them so much that I signed up to be an Independent Distributor this past weekend!

UPDATE!! Thanks for ya'll's help! I got the swift kick in the rear I needed! I started 30 day shred on Monday and have had no injuries other than soreness AND I joined a gym yesterday! Here goes!!

I am drinking one to two protein shakes daily plus as much turkey and eggs as I can during the day.

I am doing both cardio and circuit training. Also, I just joined yesterday so hopefully will start doing more strength training other than just body weight exercises!

Thanks! I've tried upping my calories and I would just start to slowly gain. After being large and sedentary for so long, my metabolism has slowed down a great bit.

The New formula of the A.C.E. did nothing for me like it did before they changed it. Now they have a new product out called "X-treme 5000" and I LOVE IT! It gives me the energy I need AND helps to curve my insatiable appetite. between the two, I've lost almost 30 lbs on it since June.

To stop the crash effect and still take the pills, you need to 1) drink LOTS of water! 2) EAT!! I know they curve your appetite but make your self eat or you will feel the crash. 3) Limit all other sources of caffeine as that will also make you feel like poop and crash!

Thanks for the encouragement, ya'll! I Have discovered why I keep letting distractions get in the way of me working out and I've got to work on that. I have however done 30 mins of Zumba and the dreaded 30 Day Shred. I'm now tired but I feel GREAT!

I've done the workout before and had major shin splints with it. It makes me hurt just thinking about doing it again but I know that NEED to do it. I can't afford the gym so I have to do what I can find on youtube and do at home.

30DS is a workout. It's roughly 20-30 mins. It's a workout video by Jillian Michaels. I keep putting it off or get totally side tracked. I have 4 kids so I am easily distracted.
