Help me ladies!
Has any other ladies found it incredibly hard to shed the weight after a tubal? My face is breaking out worse than I did 15 years ago and it's been really hard to shed the pounds.

I've started a new job and is pretty physical. I'm quite a bit overweight and any time I have am active for several hours a day, I swell. How long should I whoever to have the excess water weight before it becomes a worry and I should seek medical attention?

What are some of the best shoes for someone overweight? I've tried New Balance, Saucony, Sketchers, and Nike and they all kill my feet. I work 10 hour shifts and walk 15+ miles during my shift.

I'm a pear, what workouts would best benefit me?
I'm a pear and I'm wanting to know what workouts would help me with my bigger areas such as my belly, butt and thighs. I DO NOT want to do the "thigh gap" workouts.

Why am I getting flabbier?
I'm staying within my calories and eating about half of my exercise calories back, working out and trying to stay moving all day around the house. I'm losing weight fairly quickly but why am I getting flabbier? My stomach roll is squishier and looser.

Welp, here goes.
I'm a 27 almost 28 year old stay at home mom of 4. I've been using MFP for a little over a year but I have slacked off for the past few months. I have lost 33 pounds but I'm still 70 lbs from my ideal weight. It's time for me to get serious with eating better and working out than what I have been.
