I just spent some time on an ARC trainer. How would I enter that into mfp?

    Strange coincidence! I've just started using one and have added an entry in the cardio database called "Cybex ARC Trainer".
    Not sure if that makes it personal to me or viewable by all.

    Hill interval program gets the quads working!

    Found this in the database, copy and paste to search under exercises, I dunno what resistance you did, but it will probably lead you to other options
