    Anybody can add me!!! I am always looking for more friends!!! I love to give and receive interaction, motivational quotes, tips, resources, and love!!! We can all do this together one day at a time!!! I do not record my food (as I become to obsessive with it {part of my personality I can be a bit of a perfectionist about certain things.. so ya I just don't go there. lol}), I do record my workouts, post daily motivational quotes, and I am definitely interactive. I work on portioning my food, and keeping my unnatural sugars to a bare minimum.
