Quinoa and Farro are low gluten grains that are packed with around 8 grams protein per serving. I've had both and they are both pretty good. They can be cooked just like rice and are as versatile.

I bought 2 of the older Zumba DVDs from Amazon.com (they said 2004 on them). Personally, I like them, when I finished one for the first time, boy did my hips hurt! but in a good way:bigsmile:
