Lately I've been really into a 100% whole wheat tortilla with 100 cal pack of tuna salad (the Starkist kind), a quarter cup of romaine hearts, half a tomato, half an avocado, and a few green olives. I've had it everyday for lunch for the past like 4 days now. It's delish!

I always aim to eat back 50-75% of what I earn from my workouts. If I don't I find that I burn way less at the gym the next day. My diary is open to friends if anyone is curious how/what I eat.:)

Just an FYI: there are 17 weeks between now and May 4th. All we have to lose is 1.74lbs a week to meet the 30lb goal. Healthy weight loss is between 1-3 pounds a week, it is COMPLETELY doable to lose 30 in 17 weeks.
