Try reading Rich Rolls finding ultra and tap into his podcasts. I love my meat too much to follow but its inspiring and shoots down any argument about not being able to get all your macros from vegan.

Seems way high, i'm 6ft 2" and was 105kg 4 months ago and it was 2200, i find 1500-1800 a sensible nett daily intake at current 94kg, i would guess 2k for your daily recommended intake should give the right defecit.
