I use a bum bag (fanny pack) that I wear it over one shoulder and across my chest.

I would see this as very much a last resort, after supervision and counselling have been offered. There is no knowing whether the child will be any better off healthwise in care and the trauma of being removed from the family home, especially if the child is an emotional eater, could be devastating

People who see you running and start pumping their arms as well, like they are encouraging you...I want to say 'yeah, if you did that with your legs as well you'd be running too!!!' Instead, I just smile back and keep it moving.

Both for me; I love that I on the treadmill I don't have to consider my surroundings; cars/pedestrians and I can push myself without worrying about about the state of the pavement I'm running on but I also love getting outside for a run in the fresh air.

Mine are pathetic - 13.5" ETA I'm 5' 5.5"

Doubtful, but I'd give it a go as long as I had a good spotter :)

Travel more than I do now...I love visiting new places. Add more equipment to my home gym.

I wash it twice a week; my locs take forever to dry if I washed it after every workout (sometimes two a day) it would always be wet.

I hope the store has a policy where they only refund on faulty goods and she gets store credit :bigsmile:
